each meeting was with a different person and we had to repeat ourselves a number of times, the seating plans needed to be sent in multiple formats and it just felt much less well coordinated than the other venue we used. \\n\\nIf your event is reasonably straightforward, I wouldn't hesitate to book with them however if your event is complex in any way, make sure your expectations are clear, Leading up to our big day the ladies at Ballara were always so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience very easy! \\n\\nOn the day the venue looked beautiful and all of our guests loved it. The newly updated gardens proved to be the perfect backdrop for beautiful photos. The staff were fantastic and everything ran smoothly and on time, we could not fault them at all. Jan and the other ladies made sure everything was right and we appreciated it. We even had last minute guests with special dietary requirements and they were catered for with no issue. The food was amazing, everyone we have spoken to enjoyed their meal.\\n\\nThe suppliers associated with Ballara, our DJ Glenn from Le Grand Style and Katrina from Kat's Cakes were fantastic to work with. Glenn was fantastic on the night and played the exact music we were after and most of our guests danced the night away. Katrina involved us in each step in creating a beautiful cake perfect for our theme.
