However, it was well worth the money. I went with my 10mo, and she was entranced. \\nThere is even a tiny tunnel early on that is toddler sized, with clown fish in it.  Very cool.  We went on a week day, so there were school groups visiting, but you could avoid them, so it wasn't too bad.  There is a small parents room, with a good vending machine in it (nappies etc). Three changing tables and one feeding booth. \\n\\nThe main attraction in the basement had a shipwreck within a huge tank. Populated with sharks, very big rays, groper, tuna, etc. There are several places to view this tank. Easy to get to with public transport and tram/walk from flinders. Friendly staff everywhere in here. They have an activity for kids $7 with various tasks for them to complete prior to leaving. The talks by experts were informative and entertaining. Food here is expensive which is expected. Toasted ham and cheese croissant was nice but again pricey. Burger meals were about the same as fast food restaurants. \\nThose wanting to cut through areas there are doors that lead to different areas - just read the sign. They had run out of maps so we had to take a photo of the map at the ticketing area hence the 4 stars. We fluked it and arrived at the penquin area just in time for feeding - it was so interesting and although overrun with small children it didn't spoil our experience, in fact it was beautiful to watch them ooh and aah at these delightful birds.
