I had two serious issues.   Their customer support number they give is just an automated line.  No help at all. And my account is still locked because of a qlich in their system that keeps kicking me out every time I try to upload the documents to recover my account. They still have not resolved the issue yet.  I am still waiting.  \\n\\nThe second issue was I had missing coins that I sent to Coinbase from my Exodus wallet.  I contacted their online support.  They asked for additional information from me.  I sent it.  After that no response from them.  It has been over a week now.\\n\\nPlease someone help us with Coinbase. If you have the same issue I experienced, this may work for you as well.  I had a RESTRICTED ACCOUNT.  \\nDownload the mobile app for coinbase (to your mobile device obviously)\\nlink your bank account (make sure the name is exactly the same on coinbase, and your bank account, otherwise you will freeze that app as well)\\ntransfer a small amount to your coinbase account.\\nthis should reset your account,  it should be fully functioning instantly on your PC.  \\nHope this helps!\\n\\nupdate: I finally got through to them 12/11, but I am still not back online. account/funds are still frozen, I am told that a SPECIALIST is working on it. I'm not sure how they would feel if their bank froze their accounts for a few weeks? Furthermore I would like to point out that I spent money out of my pocket that I am now in the negative because of this situation. Airbnb clearly shows no loyalty or ethical standards to have any sort of reviews if they cannot be considered in cases such as these. I am requesting someone from a high seniority level call me back and issue me the payments as originally planned to be issued by this booking. My house is red brick and the photos of the house where the package was left is white. They told me to send them photos of my house with my number address clearly visible via an email they provided me (as if I were lying). I took photos of the front of my house (a red brick house with a brown front door) while I was on the phone with them and sent it to them to the email they provided me. They received the photos instantly while on the phone with me. I told them there is no way I could have taken a photo of another house with the same number address so quickly with them on speaker phone. They agreed with me that it was obviously sent to the wrong house (as if I would lie about that). After doing all that, they told me I could not get a refund or credit because I did not report it immediately according to their policy and they told me that there is nothing they can do because the system doesn’t allow it and no one else higher up the chain of command can do anything either. They apologized for the mix up and repeated no one can help me but that they will make a note in my account with a description of my house. Wow. When I told them I will contact my credit card company they told me to go ahead and then the supervisor said “is there anything else I can help you with?” And then she ended the call. After going through all that trouble to prove I was telling the truth and to prove they never diverted it to my house, I they still did nothing. So why ask me to prove it? Don’t use the website. There was a woman standing in line who overheard our conversation with the receptionist and she immediately offered to let us in as guests on her membership and her personal guest pass she had. She was only allowed to have 3 of us so we told the junior Marines to enjoy and the 4 of us walked outside.  A couple minutes later one of the Marines called us back and this Gusto employee had paid for the other 4 of us to enter the lounge.  She explained to us that she had recently gotten out of the military and she has been in our shoes many times in her 13 years spent serving.  I asked where she worked now and she told me about her company Gusto. This is the QUALITY of employee that Gusto has.  I am not a small business owner, but I can attest to this employees passion to help others and her professionalism and friendly attitude  in the way she conducted herself.  I am certain that she would offer the same amount of friendly service in every interaction she has with her clients. More insulting is when one uploads there documents to the file system that are needed, they seem to continue to be deleted without warning. lastly there billing system is a mess. There is no transparency in there billing, always trying to squeeze more out of you even 30 days after you payed your bill. First of all, there is NO contact number. If you want to get help, it is only through email. It’s frustrating when you want to talk to a person. Especially when you own a business and are in a crunch for an answer. They do not reply on the weekends and many times the questions are not answered correctly. So, you are just going back and fourth solving nothing and wasting time. Secondly, if you are starting your business and have many returns because you are “testing” the products, they will flag you. They will carefully look at your other returns and find reasons to not accept them. If they find that they cannot accept them, they charge you immediately without notice. They will send an email out after and if you have any problems, they state that you should have reported it damaged to get compensation ( this was a rustic wood sign meant to look “damaged”)I  didn’t think it was a problem when I got it. Then, they tell you that even if you paid for the returned items, they cannot return them back to you. They keep it to put on their maker’s market or “donate” the items. If I paid for it, why do they decide what to do with it? I kept telling them to send it back because it’s no big deal to keep in the store, especially if I am charged for it. Seems like they are trying to make money off of doing this. It’s so frustrating not being able to talk to someone there about it. Because in their emails, they act like that’s their final response. Take it, or leave it. Had great hopes, but Faire is definitely not what I thought they would be. Grew too big, too fast.
