Hearing aids are complex electronic devices. They require meticulous care. For any digital device, moisture, dust, and dirt are detrimental. - text: If you are using your hearing aids for the first time, please consult your ear doctor about caring for them. Ask a professional to show you how to properly clean and care for your devices. You can then repeat these steps on your own. Doctors do not recommend beginners to clean hearing aids without some experience. Because this may damage the devices.

- text: Dust, earwax, and dirt quickly lead to malfunctions. To avoid damage, clean your devices regularly. If necessary, replace parts with new ones, such as earmolds. Clean your devices every day! Do not wash the hearing aid in water, wipe it with alcohol, solvent, or any other cleaning agent not specially designed for this! Use soft cloths, wipes, and brushes to remove dirt.

The filter is located in the sound hole and prevents the ingress of earwax into the body of the device. You can replace the earwax filter yourself, at least once every two weeks.
