- Notes:
  > Video quality is not only about a sharp still frame. A good enhancement should keep movement stable from the beginning of the clip to the end. Watch for jitter around hands, hair, objects, subtitles, and background lines, especially during camera movement or fast action.
  >
  > Review both normal playback and several paused frames. A result may look good when paused but show distracting flicker when the subject moves. This is especially important for talking-head videos, game recordings, sports clips, product shots, and social media edits that include fast cuts.
  >
  > When motion looks unstable, shorten the test segment, use a different enhancement setting, or begin with a less compressed source. A consistent video is more valuable than one isolated frame with extreme sharpness.
