- Effect: It lets a player get more drops from mobs and rarer mob drops. The higher the level, the higher the chance is a player will get rare loot and more of it. This is especially useful for players seeking rare loot, such as \[Wither skeleton skulls\](https://minecraft-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Wither\_Skeleton\_Head "Wither Skeleton Head") (+1%) and \[Ender pearls\](https://minecraft-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Ender\_Pearl "Ender Pearl"). It can have a power level of up to III. It does not affect \[withers\](https://minecraft-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Wither "Wither"), meaning that it cannot be used to get multiple \[nether stars\](https://minecraft-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Nether\_Star "Nether Star") from one wither.
