month ago","text":"I booked my Mum in for a mother's day massage 48 hours before heading down to Hepburn Springs which is a 4 hour drive for us.\\nI was told that I had to pay for the treatment on booking $170ish which I did. At no point was I given advice that they had a 48hour no refund cancellation.\\nDue to other circumstances, I tried to cancel the appointment 24hrs before the slotted time, but no one answered the phone.. I rang at least 8 times during the day and no one answered the phone, I also emailed and I received no response. This facility is not exceptional could be a real local attraction. \\n\\nThe website is difficult to navigate, there is no reminders of your appointment, the email confirmation bears no reminder of what you should and should not expect from this experience. The hot spas are nice and the cold plunge is nice but the saunas were not hot enough. The steam room was not 39 degrees as it says on the website. \\nThe other issue was children being inside the sanctuary - it states on the website that the 'sanctuary' is for people over the age of 16. Well that wasn't policed at all.
