What to record with an image export

Source filename: Identify the original file used for the export.

Output filename: Include a version so the recipient can tell revisions apart.

Destination: Name the page, document or upload field where the file will be used.

Pixel dimensions: Write down the exported width and height.

Acceptance test: Record whether this file was accepted in the intended destination.
