Why Collectible and Surplus Firearms Are Gaining Popularity

For a long time, the firearms most people bought looked more or less the same: apolymer-framed handgun, a basic modern rifle, a standard hunting shotgun. Practical, reliable, and largely interchangeable. Lately, though, a different kind of buyer has been showing up at gun counters and browsing online listings, and they are asking for something with a little more history behind it. Collectible and military surplus firearms are quietly having a moment, and the reasons go well beyond nostalgia.
