1. Map each scene: speaker, listener, intention, energy level, and the line immediately before it.

2. Record a short voice anchor for every character before the main session begins.

3. Use headphones, keep microphone distance consistent, and make a clipping test.

4. Capture one line or short exchange per take, leaving clean silence at both ends.

5. Label every take immediately with scene, character, line, and take number.

6. Review performance first, then review clipping, noise, distance, and missing words.

7. Preserve the last accepted take while recording a new candidate, so retries are safe.

8. Replay the complete scene without stopping and prioritize continuity fixes before cosmetic edits.
