St Andrew Cathedral

This medieval Roman Catholic cathedral was consecrated as early as the 11th century, although much of what we see today dates back to the 14th and 15th centuries. While only a single wall in the nave remains from the original building, the cathedral still holds great cultural and historical significance. It is a testament to the enduring power of human creativity and craftsmanship, and a beloved destination for visitors to the region.

Rue Sainte-Catherine

Rue Sainte-Catherine

Rue Sainte-Catherine is Bordeaux's main shopping district and is said to be Europe's largest pedestrian shopping street, stretching for about 1.2 kilometers. Occasionally, the entire street is transformed into an outdoor market for a few days, and the lively atmosphere draws visitors from all over. The street is similar to those found in other major cities such as Paris and London, but at 1.2 kilometers, it is actually the longest pedestrian shopping street in Europe.
