1 Wait for Mayor Hagar to call you about getting a core for the tank 2 Go to Wellspring to talk to Mayor Hagar & start this mission 3 Head out to Twin Falls and go through the compound til you reach the top of their tower 4 Use the zipline to reach the Goliath Plant 5 Move forward until you get the cutscene with Clayton & General Cross 6 Head deeper into the plant until you encounter a Cyber Crusher that you need to defeat 7 Keep going until you reach the room with the Fission Core 8 Destroy the 2 Laser Controllers in the Fission Core's room 9 Grab the Fission Core and exit the plant 10 Head back to Wellspring & talk to Mayor Hagar to complete the mission
