Arrived to a random queue, with no one to advise where to go or why we were there. Then once in, everyone had to cross a track. With security vehicles going across, which was pretty dangerous and largely pointless. Finally into the arena and one of the massive bars was closed...but there were a large amount of staff in it?! It remained closed all day (?!), as did many of the other bars. This MIGHT explain the wait of over an hour to get a drink?! This is the first time I've known the wait to be that bad, and then they didn't even have any drinks carriers?! They cost PENCE and they could even pass the cost onto the customer!!! This will have cost the bar owners SO much money! Please, please, download, sort it out for next year! New bar supplier, and back to the previous year's access. RIP camping is a must for my group nowadays and it never disappoints. The toilets for 2019 across the board were brilliant, never had to walk away from one as they were always clean and fully stocked. Staff were helpful as always and managed to keep smiling despite the weather. We were pleasantly surprised with how well the floor was maintained within the arena with the weather being what it was. Somehow, in our group, we managed not to fall over even once!
