Take the one way train Osaka's Tennoji station, transfer at Oji station and get off when you have arrived at Yoshino-guchi Station. At Yoshino-guchi station, transfer to the Kintetsu Yoshino Line to Yoshino station. (This last bit is not covered by JR rail pass)
