Adrien Athanase Agreste is the deuteragonist of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. He is a student in Miss Bustier's class at Collège Françoise Dupont in Paris, France. He is also a fashion model for his father's brand. With the Cat Miraculous, when it is inhabited by Plagg, Adrien transforms into the black cat-themed superhero Cat Noir ("Chat Noir" in the French version), gaining the power of destruction to stop Hawk Moth and his akumatized villains. He is the second-in-command of the French Miraculous superhero team.

Adrien's bodyguard, nicknamed The Gorilla, is Adrien Agreste's bodyguard and car chauffeur.

An Akuma is a magic butterfly responsible for giving the target superhuman abilities. The use of these butterflies are usually used for good but, they can be used for evil, as demonstrate by Hawkmoth/Shadowmoth, transforming people into supervillains.

Audrey Bourgeois is the famous director of the fashion magazine, Style Queen. She is also the wife of André Bourgeois and the mother of Chloé Bourgeois and Zoé Lee by different fathers. She was living in New York, but she is now currently staying in Paris with her family.

Clara Nightingale (called Laura Nightingale in some episodes) is a US popstar. She is based off of the singer Laura Marano, who performed the Miraculous music video.

Daizzi is the kwami of Jubilation who is connected to the Pig Miraculous. With his power, Daizzi's wearer can use the pearl anklet to transform into a pig-themed superhero. Daizzi and his miraculous are currently owned by Gabriel Agreste, who uses it for evil purposes.

Duusu is the kwami of Emotion who is connected to the Peacock Miraculous. With his power, Duusu's wearer can use the brooch to transform into a peacock-themed superhero. Duusu and his Miraculous are currently owned by Félix Fathom, who uses it for unknown reasons.

Edgar is a Pigeon who lives in Paris, France. He is Xavier's favorite pigeon and is currently being fed by him. In "Mr. Pigeon", after Xavier is akumatized into the titular villain, he uses his whistle to control him and other Pigeons in Paris.

Ella and Etta Césaire are Alya and Nora's younger twin sisters.

Emilie Agreste is the wife of Gabriel Agreste, the mother of Adrien Agreste, the twin sister of Amelie Graham de Vanily, sister-in-law of Colt Fathom and the aunt of Félix Fathom. She is also a former leading actress in the film Solitude. Emilie is a former Peacock Miraculous holder, with the Miraculous' former damaged nature being the cause of her coma. Currently, she is in Gabriel's repository, where she is being kept in a glass coffin.

Fang is Jagged Stone's pet crocodile.

Fluff is the kwami of Evolution who is connected to the Rabbit Miraculous. With her power, Fluff's wearer can use the pocket watch to transform into a rabbit-themed superhero. Fluff and her miraculous are currently used by the present Alix Kubdel, who is traveling through the Burrow to various points across time to make sure Monarch cannot take back the Rabbit Miraculous in the present. She will return to her own time once the supervillain is defeated.

Fred Haprèle is an assistant educator at Collège Françoise Dupont, a mime performer, the leading actor in The Mime's Extraordinary Adventures, and Mylène's father.

Master Wang Fu is a former healer and previously the Great Guardian of the Miraculouses. He gave Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste their Miraculouses to stop Hawk Moth and his villains' evil-doings. With the Turtle Miraculous, when inhabited by Wayzz, Master Fu transforms into a turtle-themed superhero.

Félix Fathom is the maternal cousin of Adrien Agreste who lives in London, the son of the late American billionaire Colt Fathom and aristocrat Lady Amelie Graham de Vanily and the nephew of Emilie Agreste and Gabriel Agreste.

Gabriel Agreste is the main antagonist. He is a famous fashion designer across Paris and other places who created and owns the fashion brand, Gabriel. He is also the husband of Emilie Agreste and the father of Adrien Agreste, who models for him.

Gina Dupain is Marinette's Italian paternal grandmother and Tom Dupain's mother.
