Bali Pulina - Luwak Coffee
Kopi luwak or civet coffee is a coffee made from the beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by the Asian Palm Civet and other related civets, then passed through its digestive tract. Luwak which age's 4 month is tempted by some red coffee beans at the BALI PULINA Coffee plantation in Tegallalang, Bali, Indonesia. The Luwak is an Asian palm civet, which looks like a cross between a cat and a ferret.
