Bondi to Bronte coastal walk
This is THE best walk in Sydney, for visitors and locals alike. Grab a coffee and enjoy the views - and people watching!
Watch the sunrise @ Bondi
The best spot is to perch yourself just above the Icebergs pool as the sun comes up.
Watch the surfers @Tamarama
My fave place to sit with a book and chill out.
Swim in the rock pool at Bronte
Probably Sydney's most photographed rock pool!
It’s gotta be the most beautiful in the world.
Have an açai bowl after your walk. They’re as big as your head!
Paddington Reservoir Gardens
For a bit of zen in your day. It's so beautiful and quiet, you can't even tell it's in the middle of the city.
Wander around Paddington
Walk around the streets of Paddington to check out the lovely houses, trees and flowers.
These guys have nailed vegan and gluten-free donut treats. Get a donut - I promise you’ll love it even if you're not vegan!
It's a maze but fun to wander around.
Walk down Kimber Lane
And marvel at the street art.
Chinese Noodle Restaurant
Eat the best dumplings of your life! Order the miso eggplant and thank me later.
Royal Botanic Gardens
Spend a sunny afternoon here with a book, wander around, soak up the views.
Don't leave the botanic gardens without coming here!
Walk around the harbour
For some of the best views of Sydney! My fave is to get the ferry to Taronga and walk around to balmoral.
Take a selfie with it!
Art Gallery of NSW
This gallery is the middle of the city and it's beautiful. There' some really beautiful stuff in there, not just boring paintings. It has new stuff, old stuff, sculptures, drawings, watercolors…
To hear the recording sounds of birds native to Sydney and look at the beautiful scenario.
Museum of Contemporary Art
Check out the modern art here, and make sure to visit the cafe for amazing harbour views.
Take the ferry to Watson’s Bay
Great harbour views.
Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel
Have a drink/lunch at it. It's right on the water. Their frosé is so good!
Walk up the hill to the Hornby lighthouse
Beautiful view and it's a nice place to come for a walk.
This is a STUNNING harbour beach, the best pics for sure.
Marrickville Pork Roll
Eat the best Bánh Mì in Sydney! It's a vietnamese sandwich and it's so delicious!
Cow & The Moon
Have the city’s best gelato!
Wander through the streets of Newtown
My favourite suburb in Sydney. Spot all the street art, check out the boutiques, have a beer at the Courthouse and grab lunch at a cute cafe.
Walk up the King Street and check out the vintage shops
There's a bunch of options.
The Fish Market
Have fresh-as-hell fish and chips at it. There's other places where the fish and chips are cheaper, but it's nice to sit by the water.
Stop in at one of Sydney’s MANY coffee shops
To drink some of the best coffee in the world.
Have an incredibly scenic coffee or meal right on the water at the Boat House.
Get a coffee from 7-Eleven
If you are stingy like me, you can get a cheaper coffee.
Real Estate in Sydney
Walk along the foreshore and see some of my favourite houses in Sydney with a killer view of the harbour.
Visit or even swim in it. Such a great view also. The pool gets very busy on weekends, you might prefer visit it by the week.
Smashed avocado on toast
Eat smashed avocado on toast at least once.
Sydney university campus
All the buildings are so pretty! It looks like Hogwarts.
Cut through the graffiti tunnel when you’re there
The art is constantly changing.
Carriageworks Farmer’s Market
Pick up some fresh produce there on saturday.
Meander through it on saturday. It’s got everything from clothes and plants, to food and second-hand books.
For some seriously good Italian food. Just wander up and down this street until something takes your fancy.
Have coffee and ice cream at it, it’s a Sydney institution
It’s free to walk around, you just pay per ride. The ferris wheel has an incredible view of the harbour.
Wendy’s Secret Garden
It's a walk around the water for about ten minutes from Luna park. You’ll feel like you’re in a totally different world. It has a beautiful view and it's quiet and peaceful.
Continue your walk around to Blues Point
I think it has the most beautiful view of the city.
North Sydney Pool
Swim in the most photogenic pool in the city.
Walk, run or cycle through it. There's also a cafe, so you can get one when you finish your activity. It's a great contact with the nature.
Queen Victoria Building
Head up to the top floor to take in all it’s splendour.
Find a street library or book box
You can donate a book or grab one for free.
Have 2-for-1 cocktails during the happy hour here. This is my favorite bar and they make the best cocktails.
There are a bunch around the city, but these are which I recommend:
