Preview lighting and perspective
Compare bright and dark areas while turning slowly in the viewer. Check whether shadows and the direction of light remain visually coherent, and whether foreground elements appear strangely scaled. Try the panorama in the target display rather than relying only on a thumbnail. Reduce visual clutter where it competes with overlaid UI, and check contrast for labels. Human judgment remains important because generation can introduce inconsistent details.
