    Semolina

    Sugar

    Milk Powder

    Baking Powder

    Thick Cream

    Preheat oven to 180c

  • 9

    Pour 2 cups of Semlina into mixing bowl

    Add 1 cup of sugar

  • 11

    Add 1 cup of milk powder

  • 12

    Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder

    Add 500ml of thick cream

  • 14

    Add half a cup of oil

  • 15

    Mix all ingredients in bowl

    Grease oven tray

  • 17

    Pour mix into tray

  • 18

    Lightly press almonds into basboosa mix

  • 19

    Place tray in oven till golden

  • 20

    Remove from oven and pour syrup over basboosa
