  • Semolina

  • Sugar

  • Milk Powder

  • Baking Powder

  • Oil

  • Thick Cream

  • Almonds

    Steps

  • Preheat oven to 180c

  • Pour 2 cups of Semlina into mixing bowl

  • Add 1 cup of sugar

  • Add 1 cup of milk powder

  • Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • Add 500ml of thick cream

  • Add half a cup of oil

  • Mix all ingredients in bowl

  • Grease oven tray

  • Pour mix into tray

  • Lightly press almonds into basboosa mix

  • Place tray in oven till golden

  • Remove from oven and pour syrup over basboosa
