Witcher 3 Quest list (to kinda avoid over-leveling)

This is still a work in progress. I downloaded the original list from a dropbox link, all the quests were ordered by alphabetical order :S (when I find the original Reddit post again, I'll share it here).

So, I arranged the quests by level, and by playing and cross-checking info in the Wikia and internet I could make it a bit more accurate. I made this list for me, bc I couldn't find anything like this on the internet (all the quests were arranged by region or on different sections) With this list you will still be over-leveled by doing certain quests, but I hope it will be a difference of 5 levels and not 15.

By doing the quests in the order of this list, you won't miss low-level quests (it doesn't include unmarked quests) and you will avoid cutting quests off when you reach Cut Off points on the story ("Imperial Audience", "The Isle of Mists" and "On Thin Ice")
