Upon his most recent return, Victor disclosed that he is Valentin Cassadine's biological father.
Laura Collins is among Port Charles' most legendary inhabitants, with a storied past that includes marrying Luke Spencer, fighting false murder allegations, combating the Cassadines, and emerging as the city's newest Mayor. Laura has three children: Lucky Spencer, Lulu Spencer-Falconeri, and Nikolas Cassadine. Her six grandchildren are Charlotte Cassadine, Spencer Cassadine, Rocco Falconeri, Cameron Webber, Jake Webber, and Aiden Webber.
He is the offspring of A.J. Quartermaine, who has since passed away, and his former spouse Carly Benson. Additionally, he was adopted by the notorious mob leader Sonny Corinthos. It's worth noting that he was conceived from a brief encounter between two individuals with a strong mutual animosity.

He gained widespread acclaim for his successful treatment of Blackwoods Syndrome and utilized the proceeds to rescue General Hospital from financial ruin. Finn's familial connections encompass his half-brother, Harrison Chase, who serves as a detective for the PCPD, as well as his daughter Violet and pet bearded dragon named Roxy.
Born to Jimmy Lee Holt and Charity Gatlin, Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt arrived in Port Charles with the intention of contesting his grandfather Edward Quartermaine's will and asserting his rightful ownership of the ELQ shares that were denied to his father. However, when Brook Lynn Quartermaine threatened to expose his secrets, he ultimately decided to prioritize his medical profession over his claim to the Quartermaine legacy.
Dex Heller is a veteran who served in Afghanistan and was discharged following an altercation with a superior officer. He was hired by Michael Corinthos to gather evidence against Sonny's organization. While working for Sonny, he met Josslyn Jacks and the two became involved after he asked for her help when he was shot. They helped each other when Josslyn was attacked by Heather Webber, also known as the Hook. Dex is estranged from his own family and has made references to having brothers, but it is unclear if this is true.
Josslyn Jacks is the offspring of Jasper Jacks and Carly Corinthos. She has half-siblings in Michael and Donna Corinthos, step-siblings in Kristina Corinthos-Davis, Dante Falconeri, and Avery Corinthos. She is a mother to three children: Georgie Jones-Spinelli, James West, and Bailey Louise Jones. While she shares custody of Georgie with Damian Spinelli, James' father Nathan West passed away before his birth. The father of Bailey, Peter August, is a well-known criminal.

After her recent divorce from mob boss Sonny Corinthos, Carly is focused on rebuilding her life independently. She shares custody of her youngest child, Donna Corinthos, with Sonny. Carly's adult children, Michael Corinthos and Josslyn Jacks, are equally passionate as their mother. Carly's relationship with Drew Cain has evolved from friendship to something more.
Willow Tait gave birth to a baby boy who was adopted by Brad Cooper and Lucas Jones, but tragically died. Brad then swapped him with Jonah Corinthos, the son of Michael Corinthos and Nelle Benson.
