Known as the "Red Cyclone" (赤きサイクロン Akaki Saikuron?, Russian: Красный циклон, Krasnyy tsiklon), Zangief is a patriotic Russian wrestler who competes to showcase his strength and defend the honor of his homeland.

Cammy White was initially created by M. Evil Ryu is a character in the Street Fighter series, first appearing as a hidden character in Street Fighter Alpha 2. He is a version of Ryu who has succumbed to the Satsui no Hado (殺意の波動, "Surge of Killing Intent"), a force of dark energy that increases his fighting abilities but also consumes his soul. Evil Ryu has since appeared in several other Street Fighter games as a playable character, often as a secret or unlockable character.

Cody Travers (コーディー・トラバース Kōdī Torabāsu?) is a character in video games, first appearing in the beat-em-up series Final Fight. He later became a playable fighter in the Street Fighter series, starting with Street Fighter Alpha 3. In his initial appearances, he was portrayed as a reckless vigilante who fought to survive the harsh slums of Metro City since childhood, often finding himself in trouble with the law due to his actions. However, he has since undergone a transformation, becoming the city's new mayor.

Ibuki (いぶき) is a video game character from the Street Fighter series, first appearing in Street Fighter III: New Generation. She is a young ninja from Japan who is a student of the hidden ninja village of Ibuki and is sent on a mission to gather information on the events of the Street Fighter tournaments.

Li-Fen made her first appearance in Chun-Li's Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike ending as the adopted daughter of Chun-Li. Although she is a non-playable character, she appears in Street Fighter V through Chun-Li's character story and also in A Shadow Falls, where she unwillingly serves as a part of F.A.N.G's backup plan for Operation C.H.A.I.N.S.. As of Street Fighter 6, Li-Fen is a teenager and has become an apprentice of Chun-Li in martial arts.

Luke Sullivan, also known as Rūku Sariban in Japanese, is a character from the Street Fighter video game series. He was introduced as the last character in the fifth season pass of Street Fighter V: Champion Edition and is the final playable character of the Street Fighter V series. In Street Fighter 6, he returns as the main protagonist and acts as a coach for the player's custom character in the World Tour game mode.

Zeku, whose Japanese name is 是空 Zekū, is a character in the Street Fighter video game franchise. He first appeared as a non-playable character in Street Fighter Alpha 2 before becoming a playable character in the second DLC season of Street Fighter V, where he was the final fighter to be added. Prior to his journey of self-discovery, Zeku was the 38th grandmaster of the school of Bushinryu Ninjutsu, but he eventually passed the title to his student Guy.

G's appearance is quite unique and distinctive. He has a long, somewhat messy beard that stands out in contrast to his stylish clothing. He wears a tall top hat with ornate patterns at the base, along with a black bow tie around his neck and a black waistcoat with tails. The waistcoat is highly decorated with ornate patterns, and the inside of the tails is made of shiny red satin material. Underneath the waistcoat, he wears a formal white shirt, and a gold pocket-watch is visible hanging from the left side of his waistcoat.

He is a fighter of Middle Eastern descent who is known for his relaxed demeanor and love of modern technology.

Kimberly Jackson, also known as Kinbarī Jakuson in Japanese, is a character from the Street Fighter video game franchise. Kimberly is an African-American ninja girl/kunoichi fighter who was trained under Guy in the Bushinryu style, but with her unique modifications to the style.

Seth is a character in the Street Fighter series who initially appeared as the main antagonist in Street Fighter IV. They serve as the CEO of S.I.N., the weapon division of Shadaloo, and were created as one of the many genetically engineered bodies intended to replace M. Bison. Seth is playable in Street Fighter V: Champion Edition, with their default form now featuring a female physique.

Crimson Viper, also referred to as C. Viper or Maya (her alias), is a character from the Street Fighter series of video games. She made her debut in Street Fighter IV and is an undercover agent working for the CIA. Viper utilizes various gadgets concealed in her battle suit during fights.
