Roz
Roz is a character from the 2001 animated movie "Monsters, Inc." produced by Pixar Animation Studios. She is a slug-like monster who works as the administrative assistant of the Monsters, Inc. factory where monsters generate energy by scaring children. Roz is known for her strict and no-nonsense personality, often reminding the monsters to follow company policies and procedures.
Throughout the movie, Roz appears as an intimidating presence to the main characters, but it is revealed towards the end that she is actually an undercover agent for the CDA (Child Detection Agency), tasked with keeping an eye on the factory and ensuring that no human objects or children are brought into the monster world. Despite her tough exterior, Roz has a softer side, as shown when she reveals to Sulley that she has been keeping an eye on his progress and rooting for him to succeed.
