Al McWhiggin
Al McWhiggin is a fictional character and the main antagonist in the Disney-Pixar animated movie "Toy Story 2". He is the owner of Al's Toy Barn, a toy store that sells vintage toys and collectibles.
Al is depicted as a greedy and selfish character who is obsessed with collecting toys, particularly Woody, the main character from the "Woody's Roundup" TV show. He hatches a plan to steal Woody from Andy's house in order to complete his collection and sell it to a toy museum in Japan.
